PAYMENT METHODS

Pay in person at any Australia Post Office Outlet by presenting your rates notice.

Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make a BPay payment from your cheque, savings or credit card account. Biller Code: 72132, your reference number is located on your original rates notice.

You can pay your rates easily by direct debiting the amount from your nominated bank account on a date you specify in a weekly, fortnightly or monthly deduction, or alternatively on the instalment dates. You also have the option of paying your rates in full on the required due date.

Please complete the Direct Debit Request and return to Council.

Pay your rates directly on-line with your credit card 24hours/7days a week via our Service Tasmania link. Your friendly internet session is encrypted for security and you will be automatically given a receipt number as proof of your transaction.

Cheque or money orders should be made payable to Glamorgan Spring Bay Council.

If you wish to use this method, please detach the bottom of your notice and mail to PO box 6, Triabunna, TAS, 7190.

Payments can be made in person at the Triabunna Customer Service Centre, 9 Melbourne Street, Triabunna.

Cashier hours are 9.00am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. (Eftpos services are available).

Pay your rates 24hours/7days by Visa or Mastercard. Phone 1300 729 859 and follow the prompts. Please have your rates notice on hand as you will need to quote Billpay Code: 8215 and your reference number, which can be found in the bottom left hand corner of your rates notice.
