Spring Bay Suicide Awareness Network – Annual Solstice Swim

The Spring Bay Suicide Awareness Network is having another Winter Solstice Swim to raise awareness of Suicide and Mental Health issues, on Sunday 19th June. Flyer follows. Come along and have some winter fun for a good cause. For this one, you can keep your clothes on!

Registrations from 7:30am 

In the water by 8:00am 

Donations on the day. 

Warm up with a cuppa and a sausage or bun from the BBQ! Live Music (Thanks to Maria Voices) 

Mindfulness Program – Bicheno

A free Mindfulness Program is coming to Bicheno.

These courses that are available offer proven strategies for reducing stress, increasing wellbeing and helping to manage anxiety and depression, and we’d love to make sure you are aware of this great opportunity.

This is an outdoor event so dress appropriately. There will be food vans, fire pots, and plenty of room for dancing. Seating is provided and there will be some undercover shelter areas.

There is plenty of parking and all amenities on site.

The Village Market is held on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Where: The Village 20 Melbourne St Triabunna Market time: 10.00am to 1.00pm. All our usual stalls, a chance to see the latest Art & Craft Exhibitions of local artists, other Village activities including Spring Bay Community Boat Shed, Community Wood Working Group, Village Garden, Contemplation Garden, Food and drinks available including BBQ 'Bunna burgers & sausages, Wood fired Pizzas
The range of stalls includes second hand books, bric and brac, local craft, fresh vegetables, seasonal plants for sale, locally made jams, preserves & cakes. All proceeds from Stalls and our sales go to the daily operations of The Village.
