2024 Electric – Hybrid Vehicle Show

East Coast Regional Development Association brings back the Annual Electric-Hybrid Vehicle and Motor Show!

Calling all electric and hybrid vehicle enthusiasts, this is your moment to shine! Owners, distributors, and dealers showcasing a diverse range of electric or hybrid vehicles, from cars and bicycles to motorbikes, scooters, commercial vehicles, and ride-on motors – all are invited to display their cutting-edge items.

Save the date: Saturday, April 21, 2024
Where: The Village (20 Melbourne Street, Triabunna)

The showcase begins with the display of vehicles at 9:30 am, setting the stage for an electrifying day.

As the wheels turn, immerse yourself in the Monthly market, running from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Discover all the stalls and indulge in wood-fired pizzas, BBQ sausages and burgers, and stay refreshed with cold drinks. Plus, don't miss the captivating art and craft exhibitions adding an extra layer of excitement!

The Village Market is held on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Where: The Village 20 Melbourne St Triabunna Market time: 10.00am to 1.00pm. All our usual stalls, a chance to see the latest Art & Craft Exhibitions of local artists, other Village activities including Spring Bay Community Boat Shed, Community Wood Working Group, Village Garden, Contemplation Garden, Food and drinks available including BBQ 'Bunna burgers & sausages, Wood fired Pizzas
The range of stalls includes second hand books, bric and brac, local craft, fresh vegetables, seasonal plants for sale, locally made jams, preserves & cakes. All proceeds from Stalls and our sales go to the daily operations of The Village.

ANZAC DAY – Bicheno, Swansea & Triabunna

BICHENO 

Bicheno RSL holds two marches each ANZAC Day – 05:45 and 10:45, along Burgess St from the Bicheno IGA at the corner of Foster St, to the Bicheno Memorial Hall / Cenotaph at the corner of James St.
The march takes approximately 10 minutes and the ceremony a further 20 minutes.

SWANSEA  

ANZAC Day Services on 25th April at the Cenotaph, Heritage Museum Gardens, are as follows;

6:00am Dawn Service,
10:30am Parade on Franklin Street.
11:00am ANZAC Day Service.

 Only Service and Ex-Service Personnel and the Drum Corp will be permitted to march in the Parade.

Marshalling will be at the Football Oval and parade along Franklin St to Maria St and return to the Cenotaph at the Heritage Museum Gardens.

 Franklin Street will be closed to traffic from 10.30 to 11.40. Traffic will be diverted via River Road, from Maria St to Victoria Street. SES and Police will be in attendance.

TRIABUNNA

Bicheno Devil of a Swim

5km, 2km, 1km and 200m swimming events conducted by Bicheno Surf Life Saving Club

When: 27 April 2024 
Where: Waubs Bicheno SLSC, Jetty Rd, Bicheno
Time: Start: 7:30am Finishes: 12:00pm
